AQSA ABDUL HAQ AT A GLANCE
Aqsa Abdul Haq is a Naat Khawn and a true lover and follower of Prophet MUHAMMAD (Peace Be upon Him). She was born on 12th October 1996 in Karachi, Pakistan. She has three elder siblings two brother and a sister who all are good sana khuwan from the beginning, Aqsa also inspired from them and follow the foot prints of them. So she started to recite Hamd-o-Naat. She began her career when she was just three years old, her mother and siblings instilled in her a deep devotion to Allah Subhanhu Ta’ala and his beloved Prophet Muhammad (Peace Be upon Him), and taught her to express this through Naat and Hamd.
Aqsa blessed with melodious divine voice with a unique way to recite Hamd-o-Naat which adds cherry over cake in her kalaam. She proficiently recites Naat not only in Urdu, but also in other languages such as English ,urdu ,Punjabi, Sindhi Arabic etc., Aqsa recited so many different kinds of kalaam. When she came through the Islamic kalaams regarding namaaz and roza recited by Indian children so she decided to narrate the Story of Holy Prophet Hazrat Ibraheem Alaihessalaam and his obedient son Holy Prophet Hazrat Ismaeel Alaihessalaam in her own unique way i.e. “Allah ki Raza Pe Sada Sar Jhukaiye, Qurbaani Ke Usool Per Qurbaan Jaiye”. She recorded this kalaam in Urdu and Sindhi. People around the world relish this kalaam and it became her identity. In this way a little girl Aqsa become The Aqsa Abdul Haq. Aqsa recited Naats not only in Pakistan but also outside from the nation.
Aqsa was very young when she came on small screen and radio Pakistan with her versatile personality. When she was just 4 year old she use one of her hidden talent and play the character “DADI JAAN” in a TV program “Guldasta” on QTV and so many other programs on radio Pakistan and different TV channels in which she used to mimic for various characters at a time. Her fans still remember her as “DADI JAAN” which shows the popularity of her, she played few more dramas which got huge success due to her popularity but after the age of 7 year she quit dramas and mimic shows because she decided to change her profile.
In 2003 QTV telecast first live Islamic show i.e. a naat competition among small children in which the senior most naat khuwan of the country judge the contestant, Aqsa host that show for 2 hours live, at that time her age was just 7 years old. After that she host so many Islamic programs and mehfil-e-naat, in this series she host the show “Pehla Roza Geo Ke Sath” for consecutively two years. When she was just 8 years old she compare for Geo TV on the occasion of 14 august in 14 different cities of Pakistan. On the occasion of establishment of Pakistan Ptv celebrate “Madr-e-Millat” day in which Aqsa sung a patriotic song “namon main madr e millat ka name hy” which is appreciated all over nation. Few days ago Aqsa hosted a program “Sanagar” for a Sindhi channel KTN in which she took the interview of so many eminent Naat khuwan form different region of Pakistan.
Surley, Aqsa Abdul Haq is rewarded uncountable times for her God gifted talent but a few ones are memorable for her like, When Indus Vision select 4 children from whole country for their extra ordinary talent in an ordinary age Aqsa is one of them, in the program “Tu Shaheen Hai” She rewarded with the title “Tu Shaheen Hai” for best naat khuwan , Host, Debater, and a mimicry artist at very young age. When she was just 7 years old she rewarded with a Coronet for the best youngest Naat Khuwan and Comparing in a Coronation Ceremony held at Malir, this was cover by so many TV channels of Pakistan. KTN channel organize an award ceremony in which so many celebrities across the country came, she got consequently two awards for best naat khuwan of Sindh in that function. When Aqsa was just 6 years old she participated with lakhs of children from whole country in a competition “kul pakistan naghma” organize by KBCA club, there was a cut-throat competition but despite all she crack all the nuts and got the first position, on that occasion Honorable Brigadier Nasir provide her the prize money of Rs 50,000/. and give her the title “NOORJAHAN”, Aqsa consider this title as an honor for her.
Though Aqsa rewarded with so many awards, title, medals, shields, trophies, certificate etc. but the most prestigious award and reward she get from the beloved Prophet MUHAMMAD (Peace Be Upon Him) as she visited Mkkah Mukarramah and Madeena Munavvarah and performed Umrah with her whole family thrice and recite Hamd-o-Naat in Masjid-e-Haraam and Masjid-e-Nabvi respectively over there. The first one was at the age of just 11 years in 2007 and the last one in 2014, it was an divine experience for her every time. So this pious journey is the biggest and a choicest reward an “Ashiq-e-rasool” expect ever. At last but not the least I stop with this sher.
